We offer virtual design and offer 3 levels of full service design for your property:

Our team will do market research and use data to design properties with features that will increase bookings and drive revenue. We know photos are the number one reason why guests choose a property and we are specialized in making properties stand out to potential guests. We provide design plans, floor plans, mood boards, shopping lists and will manage installation and delivery for our clients wanting a full-service option, as many investors do. Our team is also capable of managing renovations and contractors for new construction or larger renovations. Everyones needs look a little different and we will work with you to help in the best way possible.

Perfect for properties already furnished but in need of art, decor and other minimal upgrades. Our team will handle sourcing and coordination of deliveries.

Level 2

$7 per sqft

$4 / sqft if you are an Overnight Outfitters property management client

Full Refresh

  • Sourcing all furniture
  • Sourcing all decor & wall treatments
  • Sourcing lighting
  • Installation of all furniture & decor
  • Optimization of Overnight Rental
Perfect for new construction, small renovations or newly acquired properties in need of all furniture, decor, game room / outdoor furniture, etc. Our team will handle design, sourcing, deliveries and installation of all items.

Level 3

$15 per sqft

$13 / sqft if you are an Overnight Outfitters property management client

Full Service Design & Installation

  • Sourcing all furniture, decor & lighting
  • Design & sourcing of hard surfaces (countertops, shower tile, paint colors, etc.)
  • Coordinating with Contractors
  • Installation of all furniture & decor
  • Optimization of Overnight Rental
Perfect for large renovations and new construction projects and ideal for out of town property owners. Our team will offer full service design and installation along with coordination of contractors.
